Ruby Stem Radish Microgreens

Gorgeous spicy microgreen with a bright pink stem! Tastes just like a fresh spring radish.

Pea Shoots

Tender young green with a delightful summery pea taste!

Very popular on sandwiches, wraps, burgers, with omelettes, on soup, as a salad green and much more.

One cup of pea shoots provides about 35% of the daily value for Vitamin C and 15% of the daily value for vitamin A.  Low in calories and high in fibre and vitamin K too!

Broccoli Microgreens

Extremely popular microgreen that gets lots of attention for being a nutritional powerhouse!

Their delicate texture and light broccoli flavour beautifully complements sandwich fixings, salads, omelettes and more.

Broccoli micros have concentrated levels of vitamins A, B, C, and E, and minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosporus, and zinc. They also contain compounds that convert to sulforophane, a powerful phytochemical, when consumed.

Sunflower Shoots

Crunchy, nutty, delicious sunflower shoots!

Great on burgers, sandwiches, in stir fry, salads, and in green smoothies!

Sunflower shoots boast a surprising 25 percent plant protein. They are also high in Vitamin C and rich in stress-busting vitamin B and hormone-balancing zinc.

Highly recommend ordering full flats, cut basil does not store well, the gold standard is to cut and serve this beauty fresh.

Cilantro Microgreens

Enjoy the delicious taste of fresh cilantro on your menu any time of year!

Cilantro microgreens are simply gorgeous as well as being high in vitamins C and K and packed with antioxidants.

Nutritional powerhouse extraordinaire! High in many nutrients, antioxidants, and chlorophyll.

We source our organic wheatgrass seed from two local farms - Ironwood Organics and Fat Chance Farmstead.

Our Edible Flowers

Cheerful, bright, small blooms.

Mild lettuce-like flavour brightens any salad or brunch plate.

Similar in appearance to the viola, but larger blooms. Bright and colourful!

Mild flavour, gorgeous on charcuterie, salad, desserts, in cocktails, and so much more.

The large round leaves and bright, stunning blooms of this flower are edible.

The leaves start sweet and end spicy and hot, while the flowers are aromatic, floral and slightly peppery.

Try a nasturtium leaf pesto, or unique dishes or cocktails featuring this beauty.

We grow a variety of Marigolds, particularly in bright yellow and orange hues.

Flavours can vary from slightly citrusy to mild and neutral, but their beauty and vibrancy is top notch!

Try their gorgeous petals sprinkled on salads, desserts, crafted into a simple syrup and so much more!

Seasonal Flowers

All of our edible flowers are started from seed by us at our Kingston location and grown at our partner farm site Willowood.

Some varieties like violas and pansies thrive in the cooler weather while others love the summer heat. Mixed packs vary as seasons change.

Alongside our main varieties of flowers, we offer additional edible flowers in season as they come and go.

Examples include comfrey, lilac, wild violets, apple blossoms, many herb flowers, and many more. These seasonal varieties are always included in mixed packs in season.
